Looking Glass 2.0 is a DVD revolving around a method to peek information in front of the spectators using a small gimmick. You receive 2 gimmicks and a bunch of routines to use the gimmick with. I want to warn you first, I am not a huge mentalism fan and I do not know much about the art. However here are my thoughts from a magician's perspective.
With the DVD, you receive 2 gimmicks to use with the effects. One of them is slightly modified but both do the same thing. The DVD was produced to a decent quality but could have been better with a few live performances. There were a few sound issues, but the teaching was very good from Romanos.
Some effects taught include an ESP routines, a way to review the serial number, reveal initials written by a spectator that are sealed in an envelope and a few other routines/applications.
The gimmick, although it isn't new at all, is clever and small. You can have one in your pocket at all times and peek pretty much anything at a moments notice. You can create your own routines utilising this gimmick as well.
Overall, once again, I don't do or dabble in mentalism so I don't really have much to say about this product. However, I can say that it is a simple concept, some great routines are given and if you like what you saw in the trailer, you won't be disappointed. 8/10
